This photo of Thanksgiving nosh reminds me of how much our holiday season in the United States depends upon delicious eats, even in the form of snacks like cheese and salami. Whether Kosher or Halal, putting together a nice cheese and salami platter is a great way to welcome friends. We selected cheese from our local vendor and had a little taste-testing. Mangez!
